Enhance your self-care routines with an embodied meditation practice. This is a deep presencing practice where we orient to the subtle body rhythms, whole body breathing, energising the brain, soothing the nervous system, recharge the energy centres, softening difficult emotions to alchemise into emotional resilience, surrender to quantum frequencies, and nourish the innate intelligence of our divine life force.

Each week will follow a similar format but with different emphases so that the knowledge gained each week will build gradually, but if you can only come for one or two sessions you still be able to follow the flow of the session.
