Our Yoga Basics Beginners Series is designed for new students and experienced yogis looking to strengthen the foundations of their practice.
Classes flow on from one another and are taught at a slow and comfortable pace. We teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, correct body alignment and breathing techniques in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment.
Discover the art of breath-led movement in this immersive Vinyasa Krama workshop designed to deepen your practice and refine your understanding of intelligent sequencing. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to explore a more structured approach, this workshop will introduce you to the foundations of breath awareness, mindful movement, and therapeutic sequencing.
The class is for crawlers/toddlers from active sitting age to active crawling and standing age (around 1 year to 18 months) and their parent. The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the babies’ class. You will mainly be doing yoga for yourself, while your child socialises with others.

Somatics is a movement based therapy that encourages wellbeing through releasing tight and uncomfortable areas in your body, improving posture and releasing old and new 'niggles'.
